Roughly a third of what we ship is not a catalogue item. It is a panel schedule, a coping profile, a carved screen or a mosaic pattern developed for one project — produced from a dimensioned drawing, sampled for approval, then run.
The workflow is consistent: you send a drawing, DWG file or reference photograph; we return a quotation with a production drawing; we produce and photograph a sample for written approval; then we run the order and inspect against the approved sample before packing.
