A resort is not one specification, it is thirty — and the risk on a hospitality project is that they are sourced separately and arrive as thirty slightly different greys.
We supply the whole palette from one facility: pool tile and coping, lobby flooring, corridor tile, guest bathroom mosaic and sinks, landscape paving, boundary walls and back-of-house. Phased delivery is scheduled against the construction programme rather than dumped in one shipment.

Reserve material for the full project
Natural stone varies between quarry blocks. We can hold material against a project so phase four matches phase one.
Phase the deliveries
Send us the construction programme and we will schedule containers against it rather than shipping everything at once into a site with nowhere to store it.
Order attic stock
Budget 3–5% additional material at the outset for future maintenance. Matching a batch three years later is rarely possible.
Slip ratings for liability
Pool decks, bathrooms and wet circulation routes normally need documented wet slip performance. Request it with the quotation.

Sukabumi Green Stone
A dense, low-porosity green stone quarried in Sukabumi, West Java. It is the material most specified for luxury swimming pools in tropical architecture because of the way it renders water a natural emerald green without any dye or pigment.

A dense grey volcanic stone with high compressive strength and very consistent colour. The most widely specified Indonesian stone for paving, cladding, coping and high-traffic commercial surfaces.

A soft, warm-toned sedimentary stone carved and cut in Central Java. Specified for interiors, shaded exteriors and carved relief work where the design calls for warmth rather than the coolness of volcanic grey.
